Applications of fruit and vegetable ingredients

SVZ’s fruit and vegetable ingredients can be used in broad spectrum of food product applications. Whenever fruit or vegetables are part of the product, SVZ’s ingredients can be used. The use is extensive: concentrated fruit purees in ice cream, juice concentrates in nectars, purees in fruit preparations, and so on.
