Purees (single strength)

Concentrated purees

  • Lower price compared to single strength puree
  • Used as main ingredient in the competitive nectar market because of lower costs for transport, packaging and storage
(NFC) juice & juice concentrates
  • Both cloudy and clear concentrates are widely used in fruit containing beverages
  • Crystal clear concentrate available for application in liquors and other alcohol containing drinks. ‘Crystal clear’ juice concentrates show a negative result in the alcohol test: no precipitation can be seen when alcohol is added to the concentrate
  • NFC (not from concentrate) juice available
