 Purees (single strength)
  • Excellent way to obtain a specific fruit content and structure, especially in fruit preparations
  • Ideal for jams and fruit preparations that require a smooth structure
Concentrated purees
  • Cheaper alternative for single strength purees: lower costs for transport, packaging, storage and energy (less water to evaporate)
Juice concentrates
  • For colouring purposes, for example aronia juice concentrate and elderberry juice concentrate
  • Sugar replacement, for example white grape juice concentrate or apple juice concentrate
  • To increase the fruit content in the preparation (not allowed in all countries)
