SVZ’s fruit and vegetable ingredients can be used in broad spectrum of food products. Whenever fruit or vegetables are part of the product, SVZ’s ingredients can be used. The use is extensive: concentrated fruit purees in ice cream, whole IQF fruits in muffins, juice concentrates in nectars, purees in fruit preparations, Verifruit® in ice cream, blanched beans for ready made meals and so on.
