The Finance Manager is responsible for the management of all financial activities of the company in accordance with the financial policy established by SVZ, and all federal, state and local laws and regulations. The Finance Manager is a member of the executive management team, reports to the CFO of SVZ International located in Breda and manages a small finance team and actively participates in the development and implementation of operational and financial strategies to support the growth and success of the company.

Required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Three years of experience in a senior-level financial position
• Five years of supervisory/management experience
• Exceptional communication skills
• Strong computer skills including ERP systems (SAP)
Preferred
• Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
• Experience working in the food and beverage industry
• Experience working within an international organization
