Your tasks & responsibilities include

Are you looking for a challenging third-year internship in the field of HR and Communications  starting September 1, 2024? An internship within a dynamic organization where you can learn a lot and work in an international oriented environment? We are offering an interesting mix of HR, Communications and Marketing. Do you have a fluent pen and feel like helping to highlight SVZ on social platforms? 

As a HR & Communications intern, you will be part of the HR team. This internship is well- suited for a candidate who likes to work strategically and give direction towards an employer branding and labour market communications.  Your tasks will include:

  • Develop engaging visual content for job postings on social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Sharepoint, Narrow Casting, Facebook)
  • Preparation of all communications and promotional campaigns linked to the Energy for Growth program (promotion of health, team spirit by organizing different events)
  • Preparation of all HR communication and promotional materials regarding integration topics (examples from the business regarding positive integration SVZ-Döhler)
  • Responsible for maintaining and editing content for our internal communication channels (Sharepoint/Narrow Casting)
  • Further development of the Fruit2You learning module for the newcomers and existing employees, both content and further design
  • developing a communication plan for the launch of the bicycle leasing plan for the production site in Belgium
  • participation in the creation of a Employee Satisfaction Survey
